This place is great! I’ve been coming here for about 8 years. Lorraine is top notch!! Highly recommend!
Rating their practice at 3 solely due to the front desk staff. The providers are great but the front desk is killing them. It is a significant burden on the patient to get an appointment. They won’t answer the phone and routinely don’t respond when leaving a message. Have to go into the office to get scheduled. When in the office the front desk staff is never seen as being busy nor on the phone. When there for an appt finally I never see another patient. I This is an update for this business. If there was a 10 STAR option DR KEMPTON . would be the first and only person I would give it to!! There is no better dermatologist in the United states. Ignore any negative reviews that some unhappy in life has tagged her business. There has to be some form of insanity for any decent human being to leave anything under 5 stars.
