My elderly mother had an extremely disappointing experience at this dermatology office. She waited over 4 hours past her scheduled appointment time and eventually had to leave without being seen. It was very clear that the office overbooks multiple patients for the same time slot, seemingly to maximize insurance billing, with no regard for patients’ time or wellbeing. The doctor would have been fine if he respected other people's time. I had 2 visits with my daughter and 2 visit for myself. All 4 times the doctor was late. For example today I had my appointment at 4:15. When I came to the office there had been already people waiting. The doctor showed up around 5. I don't know the times those others were scheduled for. They never pick up the call , i call them so many times to get an appointment, but there no response.
By far the most disrespectful doctor I have ever had to deal with. He's always late. Has no respect for his patience.
