The secretary who sits in the middle is by far the rudest and most unprofessional staff member I have ever encountered. She treats patients with hostility and acts as though their presence is an inconvenience. If she cannot interact with people respectfully or do her job properly, she should consider finding work that doesn’t involve dealing with the public. Dr. Saxena was so amazing and so helpful! She validated my concerns and took the time to hear my issues. I truly appreciated her time and help! She is so great :) Reception was also so helpful and was able to fit me in no problem! 10/10 would recommend this clinic!
I visited this clinic once. I made an appointment for 15:00 and was able to see the doctor just at 15:37. Doctor and was not able to help me and said me to come back when I have more symptoms. It happened again to me, so I decided to call the clinic. The receptionist told me that my doctor is on vacation and I can have an appointment the next week, but the symptoms can go away till that time and doctor will send me home without any answer again.
