I’ve been a patient at this clinic for a year now and all I can say is wow. Dr Saxena is exceptional and ALL the receptionists and phototherapy techs are incredibly kind. Coming from another dermatology office that always made me feel unwelcome, I feel very blessed to be a patient here. I’ve never had to wait longer than 15 min. Thank you to all the staff.

Called today (August 5, 2026) to book an appointment with my dermatologist and was told the next available appointment is in January. How is that acceptable? My skin is painful now. Skin conditions don't conveniently wait five months to be treated. I was told that if it was urgent, I should go to the emergency room. That's not a realistic solution. The ER is already overwhelmed, and I'm not going to sit there for 10–13 hours for a dermatology issue that my specialist should be able to assess. What's the point of having a der... read more
