Got in next day which was amazing. They looked at a troublesome spot, did a punch and then next week had an appointment for the removal of the basal cell carcinoma. It seems like they book a lot of surgeries on the same day. Went in for a 8 am appointment didn’t leave until 11 am. Most of the time was spent waiting. Saw several other patients with the same bandage I had indicated surgery. Surgery was quick, and painless besides the numbing. Choose any dermatology practice other than this one! Absolutely incompetent staff!!! The manager Christian is just as useless. She is very rude and unprofessional, failed to resolve my issue and also hung up on me during the call. There was no concern regarding patient care or even trying to listen to a patient.
