Numbers keep changing and management doesn't call back once you are able to get a working phone number.
Absolute worst kind of provider. NEVER get a person when you call, can't understand the shady greeting, and NEVER get a call back.... from supervisors, reception, or case managers. Request different case management company if you get stuck with these people. I am a case manager myself, and can't imagine my person's served not having access to get in touch with me, or someone at my office when needed.
