This place was recommended by a friend and I was cautious at first, as I have never had treatment on my face. Charlotte was extremely attentive, took into account all my concerns and recommended a combination treatment. She warned me that my skin may react with redness, dryness and swelling. However this will subside within a few days and over time the skin will become used to treatment.
