I went in with an issue on a piercing that I had received from a different shop. I had a bump forming on the back due to a bad angle. Dermal Decor was so helpful and informative. I feel that when someone leads with the intent of providing information purely just for your benefit, that shows me what kind of person they are and how they operate their business. Jade is amazing and has done four of my piercings now. They always look so good and the process is super fast and easy. I really love this place and the interior is so cute and welcoming.

Sas did my second lobes and I Love them. I am terrified of getting pierced, but she made me feel welcomed and her knowledge helped me feel less anxious. Overall my experience was wonderful and will definitely go back for my next piercing! 10/10!!!
