I'd never heard of a Bikini Facial...it was AMAZING! I was having a problem with ingrown hairs and some darkening due to 'wax burn' from previous waxer. Immediately after the facial I could a difference. On top of that, the waxing experience wasn't as painful as what I was used too. By my second wax appointment, I no longer had ingrown issues and my skin is back even. Chanel is awesome! She is professional, perfectionist and exudes serenity and relaxation.
