I did eventually get my appointment scheduled, but only because I apparently have far more patience than Brittany. My interaction with Brittany made scheduling feel like a test of emotional endurance. My mother is hard of hearing, and instead of being patient or accommodating, Brittany seemed irritated and unhelpful, as if compassion was not part of the job description. The doctors at this clinic seem great, but the service isn't and there are several 1 star reviews that say the same... so just be prepared to be a little annoyed, frustrated, and poorly treated before you finally get to the doctor. I was helping my mother schedule an appointment. We eventually succeeded, but only because I had far more patience than the lady who we spoke to, Brittany. I can’t say enough about Dr. Honigbaum and the entire staff at Dermaclinique! It was time for my dreaded annual skin screening but they made it super easy, fast plus they were very professional and kind! Her demeanor put me at ease and she was extremely thorough.and knowledgeable! The office is absolutely beautiful as well!!
