They may be IN-NETWORK, however, they will send your biopsy to an OUT-NETWORK lab. They double-cross you because you come to them for an expectation of everything will be in-network but then you get a bill from the lab and it’s out-network. Why am I paying my out of network deductible instead of in-network deductible when I clearly came to see an in-network office? And when this matter is brought up to the office, they make you call to the labs people to figure out a price. Just from my experience. You’ve been told.
AMBER GUDAS, PA, she is amazing! She makes you feel comfortable even though it’s scary. My first and second time I was only comfortable because I had her doing my treatment. She’s absolutely amazing and I I’m loving the outcome. I highly recommend her.

Everybody was very nice, knowledgeable and professional.
Not super happy with the ILP I had done. After a phone call and letting them know and a face to face meeting, I was not offered any resolution. I asked to not pay full price for a $100 spot treatment (to hopefully see more results) I was told, "no you would need to pay it". I paid $1,800 for THREE facial treatments and they wouldn't even do $50 off a spot treatment... yet the aesthetician kept saying "I want you to be happy with the treatment".
