Dr. Sarah Geairn is a great dermatologist. She has a wonderful bedside manner with a high amount of empathy. She listens to concerns and offers feedback and reassurance without any dismissive or condescending mannerisms. She is everything that practitioners, specialists, and physicians should aspire to be. All of the staff here, from receptionists to scribes, to nurse practitioners are very professional and kind. Kudos for standing out in your field. All of you.
I was very nervous to see this new doctor. As soon as I got in the lobby, I was greeted with kindness and smiles. I met Dr. Moore, and my nerves disappeared. He was so nice. All smiles, and very caring. I would recommend him and his office to anyone who has to see a dermatologist.
Brought in an individual with disabilities and he was treated as a person, not a person with a disability. Everyone took time to listen and explain the best plan of action.
