I went to Derma about a month ago to get lip filler for the first time. My injector was Laura and she was AMAZING! She explained the entire process to me, answered all my questions and listened to what I wanted. She made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire appointment. I was expecting the lip filler to hurt, but with the numbing cream it was virtually painless, just a few slight pokes. I always have a great experience at Derma Med Spa, specifically with Jessica. She is extremely knowledgeable and thorough. She takes the time to explain what she is recommending, what she is doing and why she is doing it. Jessica is gentle, professional and easy to talk to. She doesn't try to up sell me and only recommends treatments that can and have helped my 68 year old skin. The front office staff is great. The overall atmosphere of the spa is the best I've experienced in Olympia.
I had a wonderful experience! Bessie is so wonderful, attentive, and kind. She answered all of my questions and she was so genuine and sincere. I am so happy with my results, and will be back to see her again next Wednesday for another procedure. The spa is very comfortable and clean as well, and appointments are easy to make.
