Comfortable atmosphere. Friendly. Very knowledgeable, answered all my questions and fully explained the procedure before she began. I took home a thorough instruction sheet to take care of the eyeliner tattoo. She also made sure during the process I was comfortable and not in pain. Would highly recommend.
