Today, July 5, 2025 before 2pm -2:40 pm. Arrived at my appointment early when another patron hit my car. I addressed the patron before she exit the building. She acknowledged hitting my car. The female owner immediately opposed me and defended the other patron. The other patron told the female owner I was already in the parking lot before her when she hit my car. I usually don’t do ratings but I need to warn other people DO NOT GO HERE. I got a TOE INFECTION at this place! I went in to get a pedicure, I’m not a picky customer at all and understand there are other people getting services as well but my service was rushed and aggressively done. The man did not use a e-file at all but hand filed my toenails so you can just imagine the pain when he was ripping my skin off instead of filing my cuticle. I would not recommend this place to others. I am not a high-maintenance person and was not expecting a 5-star salon, but I will call the place what it is: dirty. The furniture is literally falling apart, including the massage chairs available to clients. After my pedicure, I was informed that they only accept cash. There is no signage stating this anywhere, nor did they communicate it to me prior to my service. I had to run to the bank while they waited for payment. Dao does a great job every time I get a pedicure. She’s very thorough. She’s also great at brow waxing.
