I placed an order from this business 6 days ago and it has yet to ship. USPS has been awaiting the item but has yet to receive it. I sent an email to follow up but have yet to receive the courtesy of a reply. For a business to be completely unresponsive is unacceptable. Do not recommend.
I’ve been going consistently to Kat for almost a year and I have seen so much improvement on my skin. What I love about Kat is that she is very knowledgeable about skincare she is very detailed in explaining everything. She does such an amazing job and has great customer service. I highly recommend her! I’ve received so many compliments on my skin and it’s thanks to her work and giving me the right products to keep my skin feeling hydrated & healthy.
I don’t know if I can even put into words the love and appreciation I have for Kat at Derma beauty. Not only did she transformed my skin and continues to do so, she constantly educates me and I feel like I have aged backwards under her care. She treats the person as a whole and is the most informative in her field. Besides being the best at what she does and having Unparallel and top-notch products, being there is better then therapy. Great experience for both services and purchasing skin care products through the website. Ive been getting my facials with Kat for a few years and I love the way my face looks after. Kat asks about your skin concerns and will recommend different facials to target your issues.
