I'm having a Tattoo removed from my neck, and Cindy did a FANTASTIC job of setting my expectations on treating it and makes herself available at every opportunity. I even have her Cell phone number to Text or call her with any concerns! Still waiting to find out how well the Laser removes the tattoo (just went for my first treatment today) but as far as bedside manner, two very big thumbs up!
