I have tried to get an appointment. Called 5 times and getting no where. Truly disappointed. I had Michele and she was awesome. They are telling me now that she doesn’t work there anymore. Love you know why I can’t get an appointment or even speak to someone. Was impressed no longer

The process to register was a little bit difficult (we were given a QR code at work that didn't quite work properly, but that's probably not the fault of DermNow), but once I emailed they were extremely quick to respond and pencil me in for an appointment at a desired time. During the appointment, they were very welcoming and walked me through each part of their process. I was originally rather nervous, but I would definitely visit DermNow for my next yearly appointment next time they come back to my job site.

I had the pleasure of working with Derm Now through my workplace wellness program, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the service. I had some concerning spots I wanted to get checked, and they made it so easy by coming to me. The team assessed and treated me on the spot, which was incredibly convenient. I recently made an appointment as part of our employee wellness program. While the actual visit was excellent, the process of scheduling was less than ideal. We were instructed to text them, and the response led us to email. It felt a bit clunky and unnecessary. That said, once the appointment was confirmed, I’m really glad I went! I had an appointment as part of our wellness program at work. Making that appointment was initially frustrating as we were told to text a phone number to set an appointment. In doing so, the response to that text was to then e-mail some person at their company. Kind of strange. All I wanted to do was make an appointment, not play e-mail tag for a week with someone who obviously didn't work the same days or hours I did. With that said, the actual visit was fairly thorough.
