Well where do I start... Before posting this review I read through others before me and must say I am not the only one that experienced what I did. From the receptionist to the DR himself.... Rude ... rude ... rude The way they talk to you to the way they treat their clients is truly unacceptable. Dr giving you info from Google and prints them out to you. And make it obvious all they care about is how to milk you for your 💰 . ĎONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY

I cannot describe the manner in which I was spoken to by this man. I was told I had appt in May but because of "admin" mistake had to wait until Sept. This I accepted with grace. Sept appt was disaster with regards to arrival time etc etc (Moh’s Procedure). The time ‘error’ was made by his Registrar at the time. I ended up having to major ops. But not until spent an horrific day with him. Perhaps if I'd been private patient he might have been more polite but very much doubt it.

I saw dr Moreno here and had a fairly in depth procedure done. This doctor and all his staff were professional, friendly and very informative of my procedure. I would recommend this Doctor to anyone

Amazing service from both Dr Morento and all staff. Dr Morento is the epitome of professionalism, radiating both kindness and care throughout the entire consultation. He explains everything from A-Z and ensures you understand the treatment/procedure, making you feel very safe & looked after. The staff are also very welcoming and kind, resulting in a nice, relaxing visit for all patients.

Paid 300$ to be sent of for tests, paid $200 for a script and told to come back in 8 weeks and pay another $200 to try something else. When I mentioned that I couldn’t afford he’s fee he said oh well petrol prices have gone up. Very cold man. No empathy.
