The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. The chairs they had in the waiting room were average, I would say. They weren't amazing but they weren't totally uncomfortable either.
The staff was always friendly and helpful with any issues or questions I had! I could always call Dr. Derksens extension to ask his nurse, Shannon, questions and would receive very quick responses. They have many patients but are organized and always make time for each patient. I was a patient for 15 years and absolutely loved Doctor Derksen! He was full of information and always chipper and made me smile. He could offer advice and over the counter medication if he thought it could help. He was always giving me samples of me... read more
