Dering Pierson Group handled a recent tenant project we worked on for United Health Group. Nick Bentley, their Senior PM, kept everything moving efficiently with strong communication, and Diane Revering was helpful with administrative details. They’re particularly good at handling projects that require precision and responsiveness. We’d be happy to team up again.
Would not recommend. My business partner and I used DPG for a couple different commercial buildings in Minneapolis. There were definitely events during the process that felt like things weren't well thought through on the execution and led to more frustrations than you want in a project.
