Dr. Trujillo is a very nice and caring dentist. She has done several front veneers in my mouth along with other crowns. I am so happy with my smile and I feel healthy as she explains how to take good care of my dental work. The office is very clean and very nice. I would highly recommend my terrific dentist, Dr. Trujillo.
They are money hog, at beginning she use out my insurance coverage, ask Me go root canel, then let me do crown, all i want just clean, they never answer me.
This individual that calls herself a dentist is money hungry. Always trying to upsale her horrible services at every visit!!! She is not knowledgeable at all about her own ADA guidelines. She doesn't stand behind her work. Horrible at fillings!!!! She would not fix her piss poor work on my sons teeth because he hadn't been in for a cleaning in over a year!!! Derie Trujillo is a great dentist but was awful about chronically cancelling appointments. This meant a wait of several months before she could fit you in again. I was cancelled and rescheduled about 25% of the time for appointments that I have made over the past ten years. I thought that she was a great dentist, so I put up with it. It came to a head when I was cancelled two days before a RESCHEDULED PRIOR CANCELLED appointment. Continuously checked to make sure I was doing ok. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Made the stress of going to the dentist disappear.
She is excellent with patients and very knowledgeable about medications. My calls were returned promptly or within a reasonable wait period. Her schedule is flexible and her receptionist rocks!
A friend recommended Dr. Trujillo and, though reluctant, I switched. She immediately found 3 new cavities my old dentist had missed. She also told me I got them because I had not been flossing regularly. I now floss every day and brush twice a day, and Dr. Trujillo takes care of the rest. She replaced some silver fillings with the white ones (they look good!), and put in a crown on a tooth that had ever growing fillings for 35 years.
I hate going to the dentist in general but she makes it so easy! They are all so nice and really pretty painless cavity fill and cleaning!
I am terrified of the dentist and Dr. Trujillo makes me WANT to come back and take good care of my teeth and gums! She is compasionate, thorough, and affordable.
