Deric’s is the best. Called him in the late evening with the normal “A/C isn’t working” issue. He was in Brusly when I called and at my house in S.E. B.R. 29 minutes later! (This is after 7 p.m. now) Up in the attic – I’m standing right with him as he methodically tests each part of the A/C unit. For some crazy reason the A/C fan is overworking and overheating. Ridiculous - on a 7 year old unit. Of course, every A/C has a different fan, and they ain’t just sitting on the shelf. The next day he is busy tracking one down relen... read more
