I have no complaints with Dr. Holt and his staff.. I like the fact that when he comes in to see ur child he is very quick n gets to the point and answer any question u have for him.. the staff are friendly and what my kids love are the snacks while waiting lol but over all very good place and awesome job :)
The wait times are absurd. Each appointment I have had to wait for over an hour in the lobby and then 30-45 minutes in the patient room. In addition the follow-up to my surgery was rescheduled twice so that it ended up happening 6 months after the surgery instead of 2. I finally had to walk out of my appointment because I couldn't wait any longer. Dr. Holt may be great, but the office is extremely inefficient.
