I have mixed feelings about this practice. The facilities are modern, wait times are non-existent, and the doctors themselves are professional and attentive. Unfortunately, my experience was completely ruined by a severe billing oversight—and after looking at other reviews, it is clear I am not the only one this has happened to. I have been going to Derick Dermatology for a few years for a few different needs and the service is always amazing! No matter which location, which dr, they are all knowledgeable and patient with all my questions. Highly recommend.
Amazing staff, Sam and her team were extremely helpful and personable, I knew I was in good hands. I am glad to have found such an amazing Dermatology clinic!
When I booked appointment it showed the doctor is in network than on arrival. Some nurse practitioner showed up who was out of network and assured me it's all good I should have checked with insurance also Im stuck with $975 bill screw you seriously deceptive practice
