Friendly and helpful. Dr June Park was very nice and helpful.
Very disappointed with this dermatology clinic. They canceled my appointment at the very last minute after I had already arranged my schedule around it. It was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful of my time. Patients rely on appointments being honored, and canceling without proper notice creates serious inconvenience. After this experience, I definitely would not trust this clinic again. I would recommend others think twice before booking here.
The staff is nice and polite and the facility is clean, but the practice’s management is the issue. I needed a refill for my child’s acute rash, but the office refused without provider approval. After waiting hours with no response, I called and was told that because the nurse practitioner wasn’t in the office, no one could help. There was no medical professional available for urgent-but-not‑ER situations, which most practices provide. At Derrick’s, if the nurse who saw you isn’t in, you’re essentially on your own.
