I have been to their Buffalo Grove location twice. The office is very pleasant and welcoming. All the staff were nice and efficient. I saw Dr Liu. She was very thorough and knowledgeable. I did not feel rushed. She listened to me and answered my questions.
Everyone was kind and explained the procedure from beginning to end. My appointment was on time and I left with a full explanation with after procedure care.
The staff was very friendly and the PA we saw was excellent.
This is our second visit to Derick Dermatology in the Buffalo area, and I wanted to wait before leaving a review. During our first visit, the wait time was about 15-20 minutes, which made me a little hesitant. However, on our second visit, the wait was much better—around 5–10 minutes—so I truly appreciate the improvement. Olivia, the medical assistant, has been consistently helpful, kind, and professional during our visits. She makes us feel comfortable, explains things clearly, and is very attentive.
