Poor customer service Poor customer service. I had purchased the Groupon for the haircut and color for myself and my sister as a gift. I tried to call and set up an appointment on Monday, with no answer. I tried to call twice. I received a message saying they were only open for retail and bookings from 11am-5pm. Unfortunate Experience This place should have many more reviews or ratings on Yelp.com... They call it Deriah, LTD on there.
Great Salon! Well educated staff that is always up to date with the lastest trends and tecniques in hair. DeRiah was a very welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. They also have great products for hair, skin and fashion fun! Wouldn't go anywhere else.
sub par I couldn't find a parking space, no one at front desk when i got there, and service was adequate and expensive.
LUV MY HAIR I have been to DeRiah several times and every time is a treat!! Everyone knows my name and says hello. I just had a Brazilian Keretin Straightening treatment and can you say LOVE!!!! My hair is shiny, smooth and takes me no time to get ready. Brittney explained the process and sent me home with the products I needed to take care of my hair. Everything was written out for me along with a personal note. I can't say enough about DeRiah Salon. You must try it!!!!!!!!!!
Great salon!! I have been going to De Riah for years and have never once had a bad experience. The staff is always very friendly, helpful, and down-to-earth! The prices are very reasonable for the great results! Definitely recommend this salon!
Not impressed The DeRiah spa is beautiful and inviting. Unfortunately, the reception staff is not very welcoming. Services were adequate, but pricey. Just couldn't get over the negative first impression. Won't be back.
