Was given a 111 appointment for a new filling in a tooth where a cracked filling was currently . refused to take filling out and re-fill, telling me i would have to pay 400£ for a route canal, refused to do the treatment o had asked for initially . Asked for the treatment where an injection is administered in the nerve that kills it off and relives the pain but just kept ignoring that saying she wasn’t willing to do that (why I do not no) and that she would put a dressing in and temporary filling and then i would need to get... read more
Extremely rude and disrespectful receptionist no people skills whatsoever! The dentist seems not to want to do any work and refuses to do what she is asked. It’s mind blowing how that place is still open and practicing. Avoid at all costs!
Went to this dentist after being sent there by 111 ....well you would think they would be happy to treat people in pain with their teeth ....I rang with reference number and the receptionist was absolutely the rudest person I've meet in Wales ....she shouldn't be allowed out in public nevermind work with the public ...can't fault the dentist herself but if I worked with people like that I'd be embarrassed and after reading other reviews .. how she still had a job is unbelievable....I'd would recommend actually just pulling y... read more
Great experience! I had a tooth extracted, my first, and it was my favourite tooth. I was unsure what to expect, the local anaesthetic was delivered efficiently and painlessly, and the extraction was the work of a few moments, with only a sensation of pressure. I made a few gargled groans, largely for form, as my molar was dragged from my face, but it was out and in a takeaway bag way before an Emmy nomination was on the cards. Receptionist very very rude. Changed dentist because of her attitude and 0 people skills. Dental nurse and dentist drinking coffee during my appointment. They don't seem to want to work, if I had treatment needed I was told only one NHS treatment per person per year!!! So fix half the problem now and other half next year?!? Atmosphere all hush hush all sat in a huddle talking on arrival, very odd not welcoming at all. Would I recommend? Absolutely not.
