Our water heater needed replaced and we also had a cracked drain in our crawlspace that needed replaced. After getting an unreasonable outstanding quote from Home Comfort Experts, I spoke with Bruce who was able to have someone to come out that same day. His team was efficient, honest and knowledgeable. The pricing was amazing compared to what the other company tried to scam us for. We will be using Derheimer Plumbing again in the future and recommend their services to all. Thanks so much!

We used this company through our home warranty program on two separate occasions - responsive (less than 24 hour communication), friendly, and quick to come out and address/fix the problem. Not really understanding all the negative reviews, but we had two positive experiences!
I was so nervous looking at reviews, but I’m impressed!! I used them through home Warranty program as well. They called me back in a timely manner and they were out at the house in a couple days. The employee was a very nice guy!
This company was to do a repair for my home warranty company. They never called to schedule an appointment within the required timeframe of 24 hours. They finally left a message after 9pm. They never answer the phone when I tried calling back several times or when my warranty company tried calling. When the warranty company finally talked to them they LIED and said I had cancelled the service call. I will never use this company and I will be telling everyone I know not to use them!! TERRIBLE SERVICE!!
