From start to finish the service was friendly, professional and faster than I expected. I brought my own tires in to replace two front tires and it took less than 30 minutes. A few days later I got a follow up text, checking to make sure everything was ok. I highly recommend them!
I have to start by saying this has to be one of most honest and reasonable auto repair shops I've ever dealt with. I own an auto repair shop in Orlando, recently we repaired a Jeep Grand Cherokee, the customer drove it home to Wilmington and after a few weeks the car was having some problems, so they took it to Derham's auto repair, Derham's diagnosed and made the repairs that were needed, they were very thorough and did a great job at a very reasonable price. Mark and the Team got me scheduled in quickly and the alignment was dialed in by their lead tech Josh. He did a great job and it's laser straight now Very happy with the results. Friendly staff and clean comfortable waiting area.
