Joel was great! My car had been destroyed by another shop Northside... where I had a whole new engine, and then told I needed a nee transmission. Joel and his team took the time to go over this from start to finish and we're able to fix it and it did not need a transmission. Thank you for the great and honest service!
Do not trust their mechanics. I went here for a safety inspection and failed for my steering system. This was true my steering was loose, so they quoted me the parts for $2000+. I work on my own vehicles so I took it home to fix and realized what they said is completely wrong. The parts they told me were not at all the parts wrong with my steering. If I would have not known anything about cars and listened to them I would have spent over $2000 just to have my steering still loose and fail again. I ended up fixing the problem... read more
Derham's Alignment & Brakes provides quick and thorough service. I've used their services for the last 3 years for emissions tests & safety inspections. They went the extra mile and discovered that the battery needed replacing. I'm very particular about who I allow to service my Infiniti Muscle! Great job, guys!
I needed four wheels re-balanced. Derham’s did a great job answered all my questions, took my vehicle for a test drive. They were very cooperative, competent and the wheels were balanced properly. Very satisfied. Highly recommend!
