Mark and the Team got me scheduled in quickly and the alignment was dialed in by their lead tech Josh. He did a great job and it's laser straight now Very happy with the results. Friendly staff and clean comfortable waiting area.
I was told from a tire establishment that I needed to have my vehicle looked at for rust, corrosion and dirt build up so I decided to try Derham's Alignment. I've heard some commercials regarding Derhaam's and decided to make an appointment. They looked at my car for about 45 minutes and said it was good, nothing needed to be done, which was awesome! I replaced the steering rack so a four wheel alignment was needed and it is tracking perfect afterwards. One of the great thing about Durham is their 12 Month or 12,000 mi recheck on alignments. Other shops will re-charge you again if an alignment might be need. As an example, a new set of tires was installed or hitting a pothole and now the vehicle tracks a little off. The only issue was, I was not furnished with alignment settings before or afterwards which is customarily done. Other than that great work.
We use ONLY Derham’s alignment for our car needs! In a recent situation an inspection and oil change was needed immediately. Russell and the front office crew rearranged their day to help us get it done. Highest praises go to them and to the whole crew…
