Loved this place until the other day! They over tightened every lug nut on my bmw. I broke two breaker bars before going to buy a 350$ impact wrench. I was able to get all my tires off except one! After wrenching and using impact gun along with bead blaster you guessed it the lug bolt stripped so I just spent another 2-3 hours extracting that bolt. I use to think derham was the best around but after this ordeal I won’t be bringing my cars back or I will specifically tell them to not use an impact gun on my cars! This is a 20... read more

Worst experience I ever had with a repair shop...! I bought my vehicle in for and alignment on Monday morning about 9:30 , the lady ( Brianna) asked if I was dropping off the vehicle or waiting. I asked her, if I waited would it be long? She looked into the shop thru the window behind her and replied yea because they were going on lunch soon.
