I love me some Derek's Automotive service. They are such honest people. They never performed services I didn't need. They have never ever overcharged me for much needed service. I were referred about four years ago from some very good trustworthy friends and I have been satisfied ever since. I brought a used car to Derek's for a pre-purchase inspection, and these guys are amazing! Not only were they upfront with me about the issues, but they actually took the time to explain what they were talking about. It was very close to closing time for them, but at no point did they rush me or make me feel like my concerns were an inconvenience. Even better, they saved me $1500 on a bad car purchase!!!
