Dr. Gilbert is the first psychiatrist who has ever made me feel like they cared. I’ve always had 10 minutes max during an appt with my previous Dr’s who seemed like they only wanted to prescribe pills. What I enjoy about him most is that he does the opposite. He likes to provide real tools and coping skills that may help my situation. He also always gives me positive affirmations and lets me know how well I’m doing.
