Terrible customer service. Paid for the lift at the end of 2020 didnt get the lift until the end of 2021. ( missing parts). They said it was free shipping then called me later and said it was not. Needed tech support and they were no help and rude. All this after I spent 10k with them. I will not buy from them again.

I had been shopping around for a tire changer & balancer for my Can Am Spyder Repair buisness. researched many manufacturers equipment. But there didn't seem to be much customer support with them. I read many good reviews about Weaver products. I checked them out on YouTube. I called them and spoke with a sales representative. They offered customer support over the phone. That sold me. I ordered a W-pro 10 lift in October of 2021 and paid in complete for the lift and freight. I found out today that there is going to be an additional $298.57 charge for freight. I'm not sure how this is right due to our deal being done. This lift being late has allready cost me several thousand dollars in missed work opportunities due to being 4 months late and then an additional charge for freight just seems like a slap in the face.

ordered a 4 post lift they accepted the order and my card ,called to get an eta on the lift and i was told i would have to pay extra freight when the shipping cost was included in the price als said they wouldnt accept credit card payment over 5k i cancelled the order and bought from best buy lifts no problems from them they have already shipped it an i ordered it 2 days ago .DO YOURSELF A FAVOR DONT BUY FROM HERE THEY ARE DISHONEST!!!!!!!

I bought motorcycles combo with assist arm, they send different combo and assist arm, now if I need this combo works they wanna almost $1000 and don't give toe any support air discount
