I have not personally used Derek as my realtor, but I have been in a few networking functions with him and his thought process and finding new ways of marketing clients houses is impressive always thinking outside the box. Can tell why is he one of calgarys top!
Out of all the realtors I could have chosen in Calgary, I'm really glad I went with Derek. We checked out so many different apartments together, he was very patient and cooperative through it all. Having someone you can trust in your corner during such an important purchase is invaluable. Derek was open, honest, and knowledgeable every step of the way, which took a lot of stress off of us. We never felt rushed and knew that we could continue to shop around until we were happy and sure of what we wanted. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience and I highly recommend speaking with Derek when you’re considering purchasing a home.
