hands down the best in town... direct, to the point and efficient. Have had Derek on my side for nearly 20 years
Not a good service. I was trying to renew my mortgage and had to get my father off title. I had a simple 3 page document needing printing and signing - literally a 15 minute appointment. The receptionists were not helpful and told me their clients have to print their own documents off and bring them in. My lawyer in Victoria was trying to send them paperwork and they refused them. I called a different notary and it was no problem at all. Zero stars if I could.

I worked with Derek, Leslie, and Tanis to close my deal recently and I had a fabulous experience. Everyone was so helpful, kind, and helped me navigate what can be a really confusing process with ease. The entire staff was so warm and welcoming and it was a pleasure to see Emma the puppy mascot too. I will be going back to them for any future home purchases and related legal needs!
