Been given the run around on three separate occasions and never in my life been treated with more disdain. Very disappointing.
Bungled the repair of a gold chain and the staff are so rude and unhelpful. Have come several times during opening hours where they've had a private appointment so won't let anyone in, or are five minutes before closing and will refuse to answer a quick question.
This shop is absolutely amazing! Everyone who works there is so friendly and their quality of work is unmatched. I brought my wedding band to have resized and they pointed out some flaws in it and fixed them and resized it so fast. This has been one of the best jeweler shop experiences I’ve ever had and I cannot wait to give them more business.
