I had to update my review from 5 stars to 1 (cause I can't do 0). I had them install a mini split in my home in 2016 and they did a great job. I even had them over twice a year for routine maintenance. Everything was good until last year when I tried to plan my summer service and they no called no showed for our appointment time. I called to find out what happened and the lady that answered didn't show no concern that i adjusted my schedule for the appointment, she just asked if I wanted to reschedule, which i did unfortunat... read more
