Our technician, Johnathan S. was the best! He was pleasant, friendly, communicative and efficient with his job. He handled what needed to be handled with no issues and was done in about an hour. I'll definitely be calling them again for future plumbing issues.
Leo did an excellent job with our AC maintenance. He was professional, friendly, and took the time to make sure everything was working properly. He explained everything clearly and made sure our system was running efficiently before he left. Great service all around highly recommend Leo!

Daniel did a great job explaining what the company does. I was not bento get a breakdown between parts and labor as it is listed as one line which is the only downfall have used Derek Sawyers in the past and would definitely recommend them.
