The technician came into a home started.The heater then started the air conditioning unit both times he found something major wrong with both units talked down to us like we were ignorant mexicans from mexico. We are not a prejudiced people but this technician seemed like he was the way he talked down to us was intolerable.I have never been talked to by a serviceman like this before.And I hope to god, I never will again in my lifetime. Mario was on time and was prepared to come into the house with booties on. He inspected the unit, tested it and cleaned what needed to be cleaned. Very pleasant man and was in clean work clothes. Everything was fantastic 😊
