Shaun did an excellent check of the AC system. He checked all the wiring and amperage on the condenser. Explained what's missing and what should be done. His checks were very comprehensive. Always recover his service.
Mario Vega came out for warranty part replacement and gave me comfort throughout the process in explaining the issue and the repair he was performing. I highly recommend Mario as he was most helpful and provided high quality work quickly!
Update: I would NOT recommend Sawyers; a misdiagnosed issue which lead to wasted money on repairs, and lack of respect for my property. The technician did not fix the problem after all. I paid $1300. on the 1st visit and was told on the 2nd visit that the 'real issue' would cost $4k. My system was almost 14yrs old and I decided this was too costly. Sawyers did agree to deduct my prior pymt from the cost of a new system, but I decided to get other estimates based on what transpired. When getting anotherr estimate, it was disc... read more
