Always had a great experience with Dr. Pourtorkan. Great listener and had great follow up.
Scheduling an appointment: 5 stars. Easy and fast, friendly receptionist. Arriving for my appointment: 5 stars. The lobby is clean and bright and pleasant. Again, receptionists are consistently friendly and happy. Check in with nurse: 5 stars. nurse was awesome. Seemed really knowledgeable and he was fast, too. Dr. Pourtorkan: 5 stars. Dr. Pourtorkan is nice. The staff is the worse. After 20 minutes of trying to get someone to answer the phone, 3 times someone answered and hung up to get the phone to stop ringing. Finally got someone to answer, did not catch his name because he was mumbling, I asked him about a prescription the pharmacy had called them about. He told me he was too busy to deal with my concerns, that I can go figure it out on my own. This guy has no business in a doctor's office or communicating with patients.
Stellar staff, really seem to care about their patients. I am comfortable with them and believe I am receiving the best care for me as an individual with my unique health care needs. I am looking forward to working with them to hopefully detect future problems and having best outcomes.
