Derek knows the area well (lifetime resident) and pays attention to the details. Calls back immediately when needed and works hard for his buyers - if there were ten stars available his rating would be ten stars!!! We found an awesome home with Derek, he was recommended by a close friend and he exceeded our expectations!!!

I live in California, and had a plot of land in Prescott AZ which I needed to sell. Derek Nanke is a resourceful, honest, diligent, and thoughtful professional realtor. We moved from out of state and selected him after calling on a listing he presented in The Ranch in Prescott. After answering our numerous questions via phone, we relocated and he showed us the property twice-4 hours total.
