I’m extremely disappointed with the care I received from Dr. Derek Parshall and his team. They are completely unresponsive. I went weeks without a single call or update while in excruciating pain. I’ve been waiting since 9/23 for an MRI that was supposedly “waiting on insurance approval.” It had actually been approved on 9/30, but no one in the office bothered to check. Dr. Parshall is a pleasure! It's been quite some time since I encountered a medical professional with such a pleasant bedside manner. He listens to your concerns and gives you options on how you would like to proceed with treatment. No one ever wants to have to see a doctor, but if you have need for an orthopedic professional, I strongly recommend Dr. Parshall. You will be pleased!
Great bedside manner, I like the way he explained things to me, and I didn’t have to say a word about me used to work in an Orthopedic clinic. He was caring, and he is making sure that I get everything taken care of with my knee. Great Doctor
Very nice and personable. Listened to me and prescribe medication and a pamphlet with exercises. Told me if I continue to have pain after a week to go to my chart and message him and he would schedule me an appointment for x-ray. I sent a message three days ago. I have not gotten a response.
