**EXTREMELY NOT UNDERSTANDING FRONT DESK STAFF** Let me FIRST start off saying, I LOVE this Dr. I drive 2hrs to see him due to my anxiety, HOWEVER, after this morning, his staff has failed the VIP TOP expectational service. My truck has 2 nails in the tire, AN EMERGENCY NOT PLANNED!! AND IN SHOP UNTIL MONDAY! I have an appt on Sat 6/8/24. I was Dr. Wallin's patient when he was still in school and even as a student he was adept, gentle, charming, and patient. I can only imagine how skilled he must be now after many years of experience. I've been through many dentists, student and otherwise, and if I could choose any dentist in the world it would be this amiable professional.
