Indian lady told me my insurance would not cover my glasses so i paid $250 out of pocket. Mind you I have Aetna. I come in three months latter for my mother to get glasses and the other lady told me that my insurance does cover the glasses and she missed charged me. I was refunded but it makes me wonder how many people has this Indian lady told that to. She's a con artist. She even kept asking if i was on medicade, which is a welfare insurance.
I was very impressed with the staff of the Pocono Eye Associates and especially Dr. Pyle. This Dr. went over everything prior to my exam and explained each procedure. Dr. Pyle friendly and professional demeanor was very sincere, I felt so comfortable him and their office would recommend highly.
