They dont pay their sub contractors, a company i worked for did two jobs and were not paid for either one!
Great company to do business for. Always great their subs well.
My company (Feldkamp Mechanical) has been working with Derek Inc as a sub for 15 years. The work they do is difficult to perform (quick jobs), they seam to do the work quickly and cleanly. I read some other reviews about payment from Derek Inc and I can attest Derek has always paid us and has been fair to work for.
