Derek did an amazing job helping me navigate purchasing even after failed deal. Great local knowledge of neighbourhoods. I would recommend to any of my family or friends in the future. Even after the purchase Derek continued to follow up help with anything that I needed.

Derek Howell was a fantastic realtor from start to finish. He was able to work with me while I was overseas to purchase a new home in Memphis. He was flexible, and quick to resolve issues and communicate updates. He was also honest, up front, and easy to talk to. Derek went above and beyond than what was expected. He not only diligently worked to find us a buyer but put in his own time and effort to make sure our house was alway in tip top shape to show to potential clients. His dedication is unparalleled.

Derek Howell is a perfect Southern Gentleman, and he conducts business exactly as one would expect from such a conscientious, thoroughly professional realtor. We had the pleasure of working with him to buy our forever home, and he could not have done more to facilitate a smooth purchase. He goes way beyond his job description, and nothing is too much bother to make your dreams come true. We could not recommend him highly enough, if 10 stars were available, we would have used them.
