I felt cared about
I was referred to Dr. Ohlstein for glaucoma check, after testing Dr. Ohlstein confirmed I did not have glaucoma. During the course of our conversation I mentioned that I having been dealing with severe dry eyes and sensitivity to sunlight for many years. I couldn’t believe how much interest he took, and prescribed in addition to my prescription eyedrops several other remedies I could try and even inserted temporary plugs into my eyes to see if this would alleviate my issues. My first impression walking in to the reception area was professional, clean and comfortable. I was first seen by Lilly the technician. She was friendly, positive and professional. She was able to answer all the questioned I asked her. The service she gave me as a technician was pleasantly surprising. My visit with Dr. Ohlstein was also very professional. He was knowledgeable and explained clearly. I'm looking forward to my follow up visit to discuss surgery and feel confident I've picked the best office to care for me.

Dr. Ohlstein was great! He was very personable and was receptive of my inquiries regarding my ocular health. I was totally at ease following my appointment and was grateful Dr. Ohlstein did not rush my appointment and added a little humor which goes a long way.
