This is my second time using Derek during my home buying process. Derek is my go to mortgage broker. He is quick to respond when I had questions and takes his time to explain the details when a person is really trying to understand the niddy gritty of what they are getting into. He took the extra time to make sure I get the best interest rate possible. Derek went the extra mile showing up at my closing which was a relief to have him there! I have recommended Derek to others I know and would continue to do so.

Derek is the absolute best! That's why we've worked with him twice. He's repeatedly gone above and beyond the call of duty to help us close on any house we've purchased. Its been an absolute pleasure working with him. I will definitely be referring him to anyone we know that is in need of a mortgage consultant. Hopefully we will be working with him again soon on a refinance if percentage rates go down in the future.
