Derek and the whole team were amazing. I had a thousand questions at every turn which were met with patience, experience and professionalism. He both let me know what would be possible while setting realistic expectations and explained his thinking behind everything. I closed yesterday on my first home and I couldn’t be happier. Derek is great. He works hard and always keeps me updated regarding the process. I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because closing day did not go smoothly for me. The title company did not get all the funds that they needed to close and caused delays. Not sure who was responsible to make sure all the funds were supposed to be there on closing day (Derek vs the title company). Derek did do his best to follow up to make sure I received all of my money at the end.

Derek was a pleasure to work with. He listed, and sold our condo in under a month! He was there every step of the way, and made the complicated process as easy as possible. I appreciated how Derek was willing to go the extra mile for us, and his communication was excellent. Would definitely recommend using him, and we will be using him again!!
