We can't say enough good things about Derek, not just as a friend, but as a realtor who stuck with us through our (admittedly, very picky!) search. We still remember that first meeting with Derek when he showed us the project that eventually became our home. It was a lovely detail having the closing in the same room where we had that first meeting. Derek helped us every step of the way, replying back to every one of our questions in a promptly manner (first time home owners here!!) and making sure the whole process went smoothly. We totally recommend Derek!!
