My wife has been in search of her medical records for over a month ths time. Dr. Fredrickson left his practice at Pondsville Medical with no notice to his clients, my wife being on a autoimmune medication to control her Ulcerative Colitis believed that she was due for blood work so she followed up with his office to be told he closed up his practice with no notice to his patients... had my wife not called she wouldn't have had time to find another provider to get her treatment. If I could give a 0 star or negative rating I absolutely would. And I’d do it multiple times. The office is so poorly run, I was never sent directions on how to prepare for my colonoscopy, and the prescription wasn’t filled, so I had to DIY my prep. I also had a prescription for heartburn (famotidine) from them, and when I tried to refill it, it was “denied” without even a single call or explanation from the office or the doctor. If you are thinking about making an appointment here DO NOT DO IT!!!!!!!

If I could give this doctors office a negative rating I would. This is the most irrisponsible and disrespectful practice I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I was referred by my doctor 9 MONTHS AGO. They where booked out for nearly a year so I made an appointment and it finally got close, my appointment was supposed to be this week.
