Where do I start with Derek. Being a first time home buyer presents a challenge but having 3 people all going in on one purchase is next level. Derek was a pleasure to work with for our first time purchasing a home , he was determined to find us everything we needed and within our budget. Our situation was different then most since we needed a lot of boxes checked for multiple people. We finally found something within our budget and he closed the deal under asking!!! We are all so happy to start this next chapter in life and when the time comes to sell our house we will definitely be using Derek again.
