Derek is wonderful. There are many agents out there, but most just try to get you in something and collect their commission. This guy know his business and investing. Once Derek understood what our bigger picture was, he called his shot like the babe and delivered. To be honest I had doubts about what he was “selling me” but he absolutely came through.
